Shipping Policy

Order Processing All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Western Europe (FR, DE, NL, BE, AT, IE): 7–14 business days
  • Southern Europe (ES, PT, IT, GR, MT): 10–16 business days
  • Nordic & Baltic (DK, SE, FI, EE, LV, LT): 10–16 business days
  • Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, HR, SI): 12–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–21 business days

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipment notification.

Duties & Customs (EU Customers) Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@popastand.com. We'll work with our fulfillment partners (Printful and Printify) to investigate and resolve the issue.

EU Consumer Rights EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please note that custom or personalized items are exempt from this right. For full details, see our [Refund Policy].
